Cancellation Policy

1. Appointment Confirmation Your consultation is confirmed once full payment has been received. A booking confirmation with session details will be sent via email. 2. Rescheduling You may reschedule your consultation up to 72 hours prior to the scheduled time at no additional cost. 3. Cancellations & Refunds More than 7 days prior: 100% refund. Within 72 hours or non-attendance: 50% refund. 4. Late Arrival Arriving late will reduce the duration of your consultation. Sessions will conclude at the scheduled time to accommodate other bookings. No partial refunds apply. 5. Cancellation or Rescheduling by Emil In the rare event that Emil needs to reschedule or cancel, you will be offered an alternative time or a full refund, with no penalty. 6. Session Preparation To maximise session value, clients are encouraged to prepare key questions or specific topics ahead of time. You may be invited to submit these prior to the consultation. 7. Confidentiality All discussions during the consultation are treated as strictly confidential and will not be shared externally without client permission. 8. Professional Disclaimer Advice provided during the consultation is general in nature and based on Emil’s experience. It does not constitute legal, financial, or accounting advice. We recommend consulting licensed professionals where required. 9. Recording Policy Recording the session is not permitted unless prior written consent is granted. 10. Conduct We reserve the right to terminate the session immediately if inappropriate behaviour occurs. In such cases, no refund will be provided.
